These terms govern your use of Gengar Labs. By creating an account or using Gengar Labs, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

The service

Gengar Labs lets you save automations and, when you connect a professional Instagram account, send the comment replies and direct messages you configure. Features, plan limits, and which Instagram events are delivered may change as the product develops. The free plan and its limits are described in the app.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be allowed to connect the Instagram account and Facebook Page you link, and you must follow Instagram’s and Meta’s terms when you use Gengar Labs to message people.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of the automations, messages, images, and contacts you add. You give us permission to store and process that material only to operate Gengar Labs for you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing or advertising. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You will not use Gengar Labs to send spam, to contact people who have not interacted in a way Instagram allows, to mislead people, or to break the law or Meta’s platform rules. We may suspend or close an account that is used this way.

Third-party platforms

Instagram, Facebook, and Google are separate services. Their availability, permissions, and policies can change, and that can limit what Gengar Labs can do. We are not responsible for those platforms.

Closing your account

You may stop using Gengar Labs at any time. An in-app option to delete your account and associated data is planned. Until it is available, request deletion as described on the data deletion page. We may also close an account that violates these terms.

Disclaimer

Gengar Labs is provided as available. We work to keep it reliable, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular business result from automations.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Gengar Labs after the update means you accept the revised terms.
